摘　　要：在300~600 MW直吹式制粉系统汽包锅炉单元机组简化非线性模型的基础上,以山西某电厂300 MW机组为研究对象,结合直接能量平衡原理,建立了机组负荷、主汽压力、汽包水位与锅炉燃烧率、汽机调门开度、给水之间的简化模型,利用MATLAB/Simulink平台搭建了仿真模型,仿真结果表明该模型能够真实地反映机组实际运行情况。根据仿真模型对机组协调控制系统进行了分散控制系统组态优化,主汽压力、汽包水位能够满足动态运行指标要求,且自动发电控制功能的调节性能指标Kp值在山西省内名列前茅。On the basis of simplified non-linear model of drum boiler unit in 300~600 MWdirect-fired pulverizing system,a simplified model about unit load,main steam pressure,drum water level and boiler combustion rate,turbine valve opening and water supply is established,with a 300 MW subcritical unit of a power plant in Shanxi as the research object,combined with the principle of direct energy balance.The simulation model is built on the platform of MATLAB/Simulink.The simulation results show that the model can truly reflect the actual operation situation.Distributed Control System(DCS)configuration optimization of the unit coordinating and control system is carried out according to the simulation model.The main steam pressure and drum water level can meet the dynamic operation index,and the Kp index that indicates the regulation performance of Automatic Generation Control(AGC)ranks one of the best in the province.
