摘  要:对福建柏枝条扦插繁殖育苗进行了技术研究,穗条采用2号ABT生根粉和吲哚丁酸不同植物激素溶液浸苗处理之后扦插。对穗条扦插生长的苗木进行了3年试验。结果显示:用2号ABT生根粉的植物激素浸种扦插的穗条生长状况,比用植物激素吲哚丁酸的植物激素浸种扦插的穗条生长状况好,成活率高6.1%,用2号ABT生根粉的植物激素浸种扦插的穗条根系生长伸展根系多、侧根长,苗木萌芽高度大、萌芽粗,分别比穗条用吲哚丁酸的植物激素浸种扦插的穗条生长的侧根长度增多20%、细根条数多27.3%、萌芽高度高5.8%、径粗大12.5%。The cuttage propagation and seedling technology of cypress twig in Fujian province was studied.The cuttage was treated with No.2 ABT rooting powder and different plant hormone solution of indolebutyric acid.Three years of experiments were carried out on cypress by cuttage.The results showed that the growth condition of cypress with No.2 ABT rooting powder was better than that with the plant hormone indole butyric acid,and the survival rate was 6.1% higher.The roots of cypress with No.2 ABT rooting powder plant hormones soaked and rooted have more roots and lateral roots,and the seedlings have a high bud height and thicker buds,which are 20% longer than the length of the lateral roots with indole butyric acid plant hormones;the number of fine roots increases by 27.3%;the height of germination is 5.8%higher,and the diameter is 12.5% larger.
