摘　　要：以乌腺金丝桃无菌苗为材料,分析了不同激素对愈伤组织诱导与增殖的影响,以确定适合的激素配比。结果表明:2,4~D 0.6 mg/L+KT 0.4 mg/L较适合乌腺金丝桃愈伤组织诱导,诱导率为81.11%;而增殖阶段的激素配比为2,4~D 0.6 mg/L+TDZ0.4 mg/L,增殖倍数达7.2。In this study,aseptic seedlings of Hypericum attenuatum Choisy were used as materials to analyze the effects of different hormones on callus induction and proliferation,and to determine the appropriate hormone ratio.The results show that 2,4-D 0.6 mg/L+KT 0.4 mg/L is more suitable for induction of callus of Hypericum attenuatum Choisy;the induction rate is 81.11%;and the hormone ratio in the proliferation stage is 2,4-D 0.6mg/L+TDZ0.4mg/L;the multiplicationfactor reached 7.2.
