摘  要:建筑结构的消能减震问题事关生命和财产安全及建设成本,是现代结构振动控制领域研究和实践最为广泛的技术,历来受到国际结构工程界的充分重视.自上世纪70年代以来,结构消能减震理论和应用取得长足发展,其中又以阻尼器技术研发和推广为核心,推动消能减震结构不断创新并进入新的历史阶段.综述了结构消能减震技术与阻尼器研发以及结构功能恢复理论和应用相关问题的研究进展,旨在为结构抗震设计研究和工程应用提供参考.The problem of energy dissipation and damping of building structure is related to the safety of life and property and construction cost.It is the most widely studied and practiced technology in the field of modern structural vibration control,and has always been widely valued by the international community.Since the 1970s,the theory and application of energy dissipation and shock absorption of structures have made great progress,among which the research and development and promotion of damper technology are the core to promote the continuous innovation of energy dissipation and shock absorption structures and enter a new historical stage.In this paper,the research and development of energy dissipation and damping technology and dampers,as well as the theory and application of structural functional recovery were reviewed,in order to provide a reference for structural seismic design and engineering application.
