摘 要:以固定床为吸附装置,以复配壳聚糖树脂为吸附剂,采用数值模拟的方法研究其对废水中Cu2+的动态吸附过程。基于已有的研究结果,采用Langmuir方程表示吸附平衡关系,采用线性驱动力模型表示传质速率方程,建立了固定床吸附器的数学模型,并进行数值求解。考察了相关操作条件及吸附剂性质、设备尺寸等对吸附过程的影响,计算结果表明,进料浓度增大,穿透时间缩短,穿透吸附量增加;流体流速增大,穿透时间缩短,但穿透吸附量变化不大;吸附床层增高,穿透时间和总吸附量增加。模拟计算结果比较合理,可为实际生产装置的设计和操作提供一定的理论依据。When the fixed bed was chosen as the adoption equipment which was filled with the compounded chitosan resin as the absorbent,the numerical simulation method was adopted to investigate the effect of the dynamic adsorption process of Cu 2+in waste water.On the basis of results of the former research,when the Langmuir equation represented the adsorption equilibrium relation and the linear driving force model represented the mass transfer rate equation,the mathematical model of the fixed bed for adsorption was established and numerically solved.The results showed that the breakthrough time shortened and the amount of breakthrough adsorption increased when the inlet concentration increased,The breakthrough time shortened when the fluid velocity increased though the amount of breakthrough adsorption changed little,The breakthrough time and the total adsorption amount increased while the bed height was increased.The simulating calculation results were reasonable,which could provide a theoretical basis for the design and operation of the actual production equipment.
