摘 要:为提高钢表面抗烧蚀能力,提出在钢表面利用磁控溅射技术沉积Ta-W涂层。采用激光照射的方式研究涂层和钢表面的耐烧蚀性能,采用扫描电镜对烧蚀后的涂层和钢进行形貌观察和成分分析。结果表明,在激光照射下,涂层和钢材表面烧蚀区域均发生气化、熔融凝固现象,涂层表面生成了以Ta和Fe为主的氧化物,并在热应力下形成裂纹;钢表面在激光脉冲作用下形成了冲刷形貌。涂层的烧蚀面积和烧蚀程度均小于钢,涂层对钢基体起到耐烧蚀保护作用。In order to improve the ablation resistance of steel surface,it is proposed to deposit Ta-W coating on steel surface by magnetron sputtering.The morphology and composition of ablated coating and steel were observed by SEM.The results show that under the laser irradiation,the ablation area of the coating and the steel surface were vaporized and melted.The oxides mainly composed of Ta and Fe were formed on the surface of the coating,and cracks were formed under thermal stress.The steel surface was scoured by laser pulse.The ablation area and intensity of the coating were lower than that of the steel.The coating plays an important role in ablation protection of steel substrate.
