厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片联合苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗老年高血压的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:分析厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片联合苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗老年高血压的效果。方法:收治老年高血压患者200例,随机分为两组,各100例。参照组给予厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗,研究组给予厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片联合苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗后血压、尿微量白蛋白以及尿素氮等指标水平均明显优于参照组,且不良反应发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片联合苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗老年高血压,效果显著,可有效改善相关临床指标水平。Objective:To analyze the efficacy of irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide tablets combined with amlodipine benzoylate tablets in the treatment of senile hypertension.Methods:200 elderly patients with hypertension were selected,and they were randomly divided into two groups with 100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide tablets.The study group was treated with irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide tablets combined with amlodipine benzenesulfonate tablets.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The levels of blood pressure,urinary microalbumin and urea nitrogen in the study group were significantly higher than the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide tablets combined with amlodipine benzoylate tabletsis significantly effective in the treatment of senile hypertension,which can effectively improve the level of related clinical indicators.
