血热风燥型面部脂溢性皮炎行加味玉女煎治疗的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:分析加味玉女煎应用于血热风燥型面部脂溢性皮炎治疗的临床效果。方法:2017年1月-2019年3月收治血热风燥型面部脂溢性皮炎患者100例,分为两组,各50例。对照组口服西药治疗;研究组内服加味玉女煎治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗后临床症状总评分显著低于对照组,研究组治疗总有效率优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味玉女煎能有效缓解血热风燥型面部脂溢性皮炎患者的临床症状,减轻痛苦,提升临床治疗有效率。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Jiawei gypsum decoction in the treatment of facial seborrheic dermatitis of blood-heat and wind-dryness type.Methods:From January 2017 to March 2019,100 patients with facial seborrheic dermatitis with blood-heat and wind-dryness were selected,they were divided into the two groups with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine.The study group was treated with Jiawei gypsum decoction.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the total score of clinical symptoms in the study group was significantly lower than the control group,the total effective rate in the study group was better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jiawei gypsum decoction can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with facial seborrheic dermatitis of blood-heat and wind-dryness type,reduce pain and improve the efficiency of clinical treatment.
