摘 要:与硅热法和碳热法相比,采用铝热还原法炼镁是一种绿色、环保的镁冶炼方法,具有还原效率高、还原速率快和能耗低等优点,具有较大的发展潜力。基于此,本文首先对当前的铝热还原炼镁研究现状进行了分析;其次对铝热法炼镁的不足进行了分析和讨论;最后对铝热法炼镁的发展趋势进行了展望。Compared to ssilicothermic reduction and carbothermic reduction process,Aluminothermic reduction process of preparation magnesium is a green and environment-friendly method,which has the advantages of high reduction efficiency,fast reduction rate and low energy consumption,and has great development potential.Based on this,in this paper,the current research status of aluminothermic reduction process to prepare magnesium is firstly analyzed.Secondly,the disadvantage of preparation magnesium by aluminothermic process is analyzed and discussed.Finally,the development trend of aluminothermic process in magnesium metallurgy is prospected as well.
