摘  要:目的探讨应用生物反馈电刺激联合盆底康复训练对改善中老年女性压力性尿失禁(SUI)的临床效果。方法选取徐州市中心医院2016年9月~2017年9月收治的中老年女性SUI患者68例,按诊治顺序随机分为对照组及观察组,对照组实施常规盆底肌康复护理,观察组在此基础上行生物反馈电刺激治疗,对比两组康复治疗前后尿失禁对患者的影响,盆底肌I类肌电值、Ⅱ类肌电最大值、盆底肌力改善情况。结果两组康复护理后盆底肌力均高于康复护理前,尿失禁对患者影响有所减轻,且观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论生物反馈电刺激联合盆底肌康复训练应用于中老年女性SUI,可增加盆底肌I类肌电值和Ⅱ类肌电最大值,提升盆底肌力及康复治疗总有效率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the clinical effect of biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with pelvic floor rehabilitation training on stress urinary incontinence in middle-aged and older women.Methods 68 Middle-aged and older women with stress urinary incontinence were selected in Xuzhou Central Hospital from September 2016 to September 2017.The patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group received routine pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation nursing,the observation group received both routine pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation nursing and biofeedback electrical stimulation.The influence of urinary incontinence on patients,the electromyographic value of type I muscle fiber,the maximal electromyographic value of typeⅡmuscle fiber of pelvic floor muscle,and the pelvic floor muscle strength were compared between the two groups.Results After rehabilitation nursing,the pelvic floor muscle strength in the two groups were higher than that before rehabilitation nursing,the effect of urinary incontinence on patients was reduced,and the improvement in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The overall response rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training might increase the electromyographic value of type I muscle fiber and the maximal electromyographic value of typeⅡmuscle fiber of pelvic floor muscle,improve the overall response rate of pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation in middle-aged and older females with stress urinary incontinence.
