摘　　要：介绍了静电喷涂在汽车行业的应用情况,阐述了静电喷涂的施工影响因素,并进行了相关施工数据的对比。静电喷涂可显著提高涂料的利用率,改善涂层外观质量,降低VOC排放量,大量节约人力物力财力,现已应用于多个行业客户,市场反馈良好。This paper introduces the application of electrostatic spraying in the automobile industry,expounds the factors influencing electrostatic spraying,and compares the relevant application data.Electrostatic spraying can significantly improve the utilization rate of coatings,improve the appearance quality of coatings,reduce VOC emissions,and save a lot of manpower,material,and financial resources.Electrostatic spraying has been applied to several industry customers,and the market feedback is good.
