摘　　要：2019年12月,武汉出现多起新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎病例,此后迅速蔓延至全国各地。作为外来人口多、流动性大的深圳市,抗疫形势非常严峻。疫情爆发后,深圳市第三人民医院(南方科技大学第二附属医院)临危受命,成为深圳市新型冠状病毒肺炎确诊患者唯一定点收治单位。而医院门诊部便是疫情防控的第一道防线,期间医院采取了全员防控知识培训、落实预检分诊关口责任、改善患者就诊流程、加强智慧医院自动化程序应用等策略,取得一定成效。截止2020年3月6日,门诊部在日门诊量最高达3098例的压力下,没有出现患者聚集、延误正常就诊、院内交叉感染等现象,也无1例医院人员感染新冠肺炎。In December 2019,a number of cases of pneumonia caused by a new coronavirus appeared in Wuhan,and then spread rapidly throughout the country.Shenzhen,a city with a large foreign population and high mobility,faced a great challenge in preventing and controlling the epidemic.After the outbreak,Shenzhen Third People’s Hospital(Second Affiliated Hospital of Southern University of Science and Technology)was designated as the only one to admit and treat the patients diagnosed with the disease.The outpatient department of the hospital became the first line of defense in the epidemic prevention and control.During the period,the hospital adopted strategies such as training all staff on prevention and control,implementing the responsibility of pre-screening and triage,improving patient consultation procedures,and strengthening the application of smart hospital automation procedures,and achieved better effect.As of March 6,2020,there were neither events of patient clusters,nor delays in routine visits,and nor cases of nosocomial cross infections,and not even one case of hospital staff infected with COVID-19,in spite of a daily number of 3,098 outpatients visiting for consultation in the outpatient department.
