摘　　要：目的总结综合医院护理部应对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控中的职能作用。方法护理部通过抓实关键人员、关键节点、关键要素、关键管理、关键质量、关键心理六个环节的管理措施,保障护理工作高效运行。结果发热门诊接诊发热患者1265人次,四个待出院类新冠肺炎治疗观察病区收治患者363人,无症状观察点收治患者34例,采集1336位密切接触者的咽试子标本做核酸监测,实现无1例感染患者漏诊、无1例双阴患者复阳、无1例医护人员院内感染的良好效果。结论在新冠肺炎疫情的应急管理中应形成一个领导有责任、管理有制度、落实有措施、奖惩有依据的连续、动态、高效、循环的护理应急管理机制。Objective To study the function of the nursing department in prevention and control of COVID-19 in general hospitals.Methods The nursing department ensured the efficient operation of work by taking the management measures of key personnel,key nodes,key elements,key management,key quality and key psychology.Results Fever clinics admitted 1,265 outpatients,4 COVID-19 observation wards admitted 363 patients and the asymptomatic observation wards admitted 1,336 throat specimens of close contacts were collected for nucleic acid tests(NAT).As a result,there was no missed diagnosis,no resumption of double-negative cases to positive and no infection of medical staff.Conclusion Under sound leadership,efficient emergency management,practical implementation,evidence-based rewards and recognition system,a continuous,dynamic,effective and cyclic nursing emergency management mechanism should be formed to cope with COVID-19.
