摘 要:目的连续3年举办PDCA(品管圈)大赛,以提高医院质量管理工具应用能力,建设重视质量持续改进的医院文化。方法按照逐步推进的方式连续3年开展活动,2017年为PDCA大赛,2018年为自选内容的PDCA(品管圈)大赛,2019年为结合科室质量管理小组活动的品管圈大赛,全院所有科室参赛,落实科主任负责制。以学习班、专家分组辅导、品管圈沙龙等方式对参与者进行培训和指导。结果项目合格率3年来从78%升至100%,增长率为28.2%;项目平均分从66分升至81分,增长19.6%;每个项目对品管工具和方法的应用3年增长132%;参赛的201个项目涵盖质量、安全、服务、效率等多个方面,70.6%的项目达到了改进工作的目的。结论通过举办PDCA(品管圈)大赛,提高医院质量管理工具应用水平,按照循序渐进持续改进的原则是必要途径;落实科主任负责制,大赛结果与科室和科主任评先评优挂钩是必要措施;提供理论实践的支撑指导是必要基础;自发性选题和指令性要求相结合的方式是必要引导;信息全面公开透明与互通互享、提升员工积极主动性是有力促进。Objective To hold the PDCA(Quality Control Circle)competition for three consecutive years to improve the ability of hospital quality management tools and build a hospital culture for continuous quality improvement.Methods The competition was carried out for three consecutive years in a gradual manner:in 2017 the PDCA competition was done,in 2018 it was the PDCA(quality control circle)competition with optional content,and in 2019 the quality control circle competition was integrated with the activities of department quality management,with.all departments participating in the competition.The participants were trained and mentored by means of study classes,expert group counseling,and quality control circle salons.Results The project qualification rate increased from 78%to 100%over the past three years,with a growth rate of 28.2%.The average project score increased from 66 to 81 points,reaching 22.7%.The application of quality control tools and methods in each project increased by 132%.201 projects entering the competitions,covered the items of quality,safety,service,efficiency and other aspects,and 70.6%of the projects achieved the goal of improvement.Conclusion Through holding PDCA(quality control circle)competitions,it is necessary to improve the application level of quality management tools in hospital according to the principle of gradual and continuous improvement.To implement the department director responsibility system,it is necessary to link the competition results with assessments over the departments and their directors.To combine the spontaneous selection of topics with the mandatory requirements,it is necessary to guide.Information should be shared publically to enhance the initiative of employees.
