摘 要:目的探讨运用PDCA循环管理提高手术室运行效率。方法运用PDCA循环对首台手术准时开台率低和接台延误的原因进行分类分析,找出根本原因,针对根本原因从流程、制度、监管等方面研究制定改进手术室效率的方法并加以实施。结果2019年该院首台手术开台准时率较2018年提高了21.2%,接台时间较2018年缩短7.98 min。结论运用PDCA循环管理能有效地提高手术室运行效率。Objective To explore the method and effect of PDCA cycle management on the efficiency of the operating room.Methods PDCA cycle was used to analyze the lower implementation rate of the first surgical operation and the delayed performance of the following operation.After finding out the causes,the measures based on the causes were worked out from the process,system,and supervision.Results In 2019,the punctuality rate of the first operation in the hospital increased by 21.2%compared with that in 2018,and the average operating room turnaround time was 7.98 minutes shorter than that in 2018.Conclusion PDCA cycle management can improve the efficiency of the operating room.
