外压式超滤在火电厂化水改造工程中的应用研究

摘　　要：某电厂化水扩容改造工程,拆除了原有离子交换处理工艺,应用了超滤+反渗透的膜处理工艺。分析了外压式超滤膜的改造和运行操作情况,探讨了设计应用相关注意事项。实践证明,该外压式超滤系统运行环保,出水水质稳定,为类似工程提供了参考。In the chemical water expansion and reconstruction project of a power plant,the original ion exchange treatment process was removed and the membrane treatment process of ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis was applied.This paper analyzes the transformation and operation of the external pressure type ultrafiltration membrane,and discusses the matters needing attention in design and application.The practice shows that the external pressure ultrafiltration membrane system is environmentally friendly and the effluent quality is stable,which provides a reference for similar projects.
