摘　　要：目的了解云南地区高血压患者NPR-C基因A-55C位点多态性分布情况。方法从昆明医科大学附属甘美医院体检、门诊和住院患者中,筛选出100例云南汉族原发性高血压患者作为研究对象,年龄40~80岁,其中男48例,女52例。采用PCR-RFLP法检测研究对象NPR-C基因A-55C位点多态性分布情况。结果对100例云南汉族原发性高血压患者进行NPR-C基因A-55C位点多态性检测。结果未发现AA基因型;AC基因型25例,频率为0.25;CC基因型75例,频率为0.75。A等位基因频率为0.125;C等位基因频率为0.875。结论云南汉族原发性高血压患者中NPR-C基因A-55C位点基因多态性分布以CC基因型为主,未见AA基因型。CC基因型与高血压病易感相关。Objective To investigate the polymorphism distribution of NPR-C gene A-55 C in essential hypertensive of YunNan Province in China.Methods 100 patients with essential hypertension of the Han nationality in YunNan were selected as theobservation group,aged between 40 and 80,including 48 males and52 females.PCR-RFLP was used to detect the polymorphism distribution of NPR-C gene A-55 C.Results results showed that no AA genotype was found;there were 25 cases of AC genotype,the frequency was 0.25;75 cases of CC genotype,the frequency was 0.75 in the 100 patients with EP.The frequencies of A allele and C allele were 0.125 and 0.875 respectively.Conclusions The polymorphism of NPR-C gene A-55 C in Yunnan Han patients with EP is mainly CC genotype,but no AA genotype can be found.CC genotype is associated with the susceptibility to hypertension.
