摘　　要：目的寻找治疗"二孩"生育需求女性中复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的最佳方案。方法将2019年1月至2020年1月在昆明市妇幼保健院接诊的200例有"二孩"生育需求且患复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字法分为对照组和实验组,各100例。对照组采用克霉唑阴道片单药局部治疗,实验组采用克霉唑阴道片与阴道用乳杆菌联合治疗,对比两组临床疗效。结果两组患者均接受6个疗程治疗,对照组的治疗有效率为89%,实验组的治疗有效率为97%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对有"二孩"生育需求女性的复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病采用克霉唑阴道片与阴道用乳杆菌联合治疗效果好,安全性高,复发率低,患者易于接受,值得临床推广。Objective To search for the best treatment plan of RVVC in women with"second child"fertility needs.Methods From January 2019 to January 2020,200 cases of patients with"second child"fertility demand and RVVC who were treated in the gynecological outpatient department of Kunming Maternal and Child Health Hospital were taken as the research object,and were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with single drug of clotrimazole vaginal tablets,and the experimental group was treated with Clotrimazole vaginal tablets and Lactobacillus for vagina.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results Patients in both groups received 6 courses of treatment,the effective rate of treatment in the control group was 89%,and that in the experimental group was 98%.The difference between the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion For the RVVC in women with"second child"fertility needs,combination of clotrimazole vaginal tablets and Lactobacillus vaginalis has the good treatment effect,high safety,low recurrence rate,and patients are easy to accept,so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
