摘  要:以水性单组分浸涂漆的制备工艺为研究对象,考察了配料过程中功能助剂的加入顺序及用量对分散研磨效率的影响。结果表明,采用先加中和剂中和后再依次加入润湿分散剂、消泡剂和催干剂的加料顺序,且在中和剂用量为2%(质量分数,后同),润湿分散剂的用量为1.5%,消泡剂的用量为0.08%,催干剂的用量为1%~1.2%时,仅需1.5 h就达到细度要求,分散研磨效率达到最优化。In this paper, the process of waterborne one-component dip coatings preparation is taken as the research object, and the effects of dosages of functional additives and the order of addition in the batching process on dispersing and grinding efficiency are investigated. The results show that if the order of adding the neutralizer first and then the wetting and dispersing agent, defoaming agent and drier is adopted, when the dosage of neutralizer is 2%(weight percentage, the same below), the dosage of wetting dispersant is 1.5%, the dosage of defoamer is 0.08%, and the dosage of drier is 1%~1.2%, the fineness requirement is reached after only 1.5 h, and the dispersing and grinding efficiency is optimal.
