佛山口岸输入性医学媒介生物情况及杀虫效果评价方法的应用研究

摘　　要：目的开展口岸集装箱的媒介杀灭效果评价方法的应用研究。方法回顾佛山口岸2016—2019年输入性医学媒介生物的截获情况,探讨其输入规律、特点及卫生处理状况,通过实验室对美洲大蠊卵荚进行硫酰氟熏蒸处理,以及进行现场试验验证。结果(1)2016—2019年佛山口岸入境集装箱截获媒介生物分为六类:蜚蠊、蝇、蚊、鼠、螨、蚤,共计1668批次、4086只,输入媒介以蜚蠊为主(占67.45%),来源地主要为港澳台地区,6月份前后为高发期,截获媒介检出多种致病菌;(2)以硫酰氟熏蒸杀灭美洲大蠊卵荚的剂量与时间对杀灭率的影响进行多元回归分析,函数方程为z=0.237+0.022x1-0.03x2-0.00019x1^2+0.00071x1x2+0.0013x2^2,以该方程预测的剂量与时间量效学关系为依据进行现场试验,卵荚杀灭率100%。结论口岸输入性媒介防控形势严峻,通过应用美洲大蠊卵荚作为虫卵指示剂,有效指导口岸集装箱媒介杀灭工作,达到预防媒介生物传播输入性传染病的目的。Objective Aiming to study the insecticidal effect evaluation method applied to containers at port.Methods The regulation and features of imported medical vectors and hygienic treatment situations by the data of imported medical vectors intercepted from 2016 to 2019 at Foshan port were explored.Meanwhile,Sulfuryl fluoride was used to fumigate oothecas of Periplaneta americana in laboratory and verified by field experiment.Results(1)There were 1668 batches and 4086 medical vectors representing 6 categories(rodents,mosquitoes,flies,cockroaches,mites,fleas)in the intercepted imported containers at Foshan port,in which the major imported medical vectors were cockroaches(67.45%).The containers were mainly imported from Hongkong,Macao and Taiwan.A large scale of the medical vectors were found in June,and lots of pathogenic bacteria were detected in the medical vectors.(2)The two factors of the fumigation dose(x1),time(x2)and the kill ratio of oothecas(z)were used to fit the multiple regression analysis,and the equation was z=0.237+0.022x1-0.03x2-0.00019x1^2+0.00071x1x2+0.0013x2^2.The kill ratio was 100%based on the predicted dose-time model of Blattaria’s ootheca fumigated by sulfuryl fluoride.Conclusion Even though the control situations of medical vectors were severe,we can provide guidance for killing medical vectors in containers at the port to prevent infectious diseases transmitted by medical vectors through the application of oothecas of Periplaneta americana as indicators of eggs.
