摘 要:非晶态或非完全结晶的聚合物的玻璃化转变温度(T g)是高分子材料的重要物理参数,直接影响材料的使用和加工性能,准确测定聚合物的T g具有重要意义。本文介绍了常用的几种测量聚合物T g的方法,包括差示扫描量热法、热机械分析法、动态热机械分析法、核磁共振法和电子自旋共振法。对比了它们的优缺点及适用条件,以期为科研工作者和实验人员根据样品状态和研究目的选择适宜的测定方法提供参考。The glass transition temperature(T g)of amorphous or partially crystalline polymer is a crucial physical parameter.It directly affects the application and processing properties of polymer materials.So it is of great significance to accurately detect T g of polymer.Several test methods for measurement T g of polymer were introduced,including differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),thermal mechanical analysis(TMA),dynamic thermomechanical analysis(DMA),nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)and electron spin resonance(ESR),the advantages and disadvantages of the different methods were compared,and their applicable conditions were discussed,in order to provide reference for researchers and experimenters to choose the suitable method according the state of sample and research purpose.
