摘  要:以粉碎的废弃水稻秸秆为原材料,用氢氧化钠和双氧水进行预处理,然后将乙酸酐作为表面改性剂,4-二甲基氨基吡啶为催化剂对经预处理后的水稻秸秆进行乙酰化改性,从而制备高效吸油材料。由实验结果表明,在反应温度为110℃、反应时间为2.5 h、催化剂浓度为3vol%的体系下,成功制备出了油水选择吸附性高的吸附材料。采用扫描电镜、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪以及接触角测量仪对改性前后的秸秆材料进行表征,探究其表面改性机理。The crushed waste rice straw was used as raw material,and sodium hydroxide and hydrogen peroxide were used for pretreatment.By using acetic anhydride as surface modifier and 4-dimethyl-aminopyridine as catalyst,the pretreatment rice straw was acetylated to prepare highly effective oil-absorbing materials.Experimental results showed that the selected adsorbent material with high adsorbability of oil and water was successfully prepared under the reaction temperature of 110℃,reaction time of 2.5 h and catalyst concentration of 3vol%.The rice straw before and after modification were characterized by using scanning electron microscope,Fourier transform infrared spectrometer and contact angle measuring instrument,and the mechanism of surface modification was discussed.
