摘  要:依据某大型煤化工循环冷却水系统概况,开发出一种无磷缓蚀阻垢剂。通过静态阻垢实验、旋转挂片实验和动态模拟实验,分别对其缓蚀、阻垢性能进行研究。在现场实际应用表明,在常规的加药浓度下,该无磷药剂的处理效果可满足《工业循环冷却水处理设计规范》(GB/T 50050-2017)的技术要求,阻垢缓蚀性能良好。同时,该系统所产生的排污水指标达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8979-1996)中的一级排放要求。In accordance with general situation of large-scale circulating cooling water system of a coal chemical industry,a non-phosphorous corrosion and scale inhibitor was developed.By experimenting with static scale inhibition,rotating slide test and dynamic state tests,the performances of corrosion and scale inhibition were studied respectively.The actual application showed that the treatment effect of this non-phosphorous corrosion and scale inhibitor met the technical requirements of the Code and Design of Industrial Recirculating Cooling Water Treatment(GB/T 50050-2017)at the normal dosing concentration,and had good scale and corrosion inhibition.At the same time,the effluent produced by this system reached the first grade discharges standard of the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB8979-1996).
