摘  要:以华北地区某药企所产生的含磷废水为研究对象,采用PFS和PAM化学沉淀法对其进行实验研究。讨论了除磷剂对废水中总磷去除率和污泥沉降性能的影响。实验结果表明,在原水样品的进水水质为410 mg/L(以P计)的总磷浓度时,质量分数为11%的PFS投加量为1.5 mL,PAM(1∶1000)投加量为1.5 mL时除磷效果最好。此时,废水中磷的去除率可达到99.88%,沉降体积比为94%,出水pH为5.88,符合出水水质要求。Taking the phosphorus-containing wastewater produced by NCPC as a research object,PFS and PAM chemical precipitation methods were used for experimental research.The effects of phosphorus removal agents on total phosphorus removal rate and sludge sedimentation performance in wastewater were discussed.The experimental results showed that when the input water quality of the raw water sample was 410 mg/L(calculated as P),the best removal effect was 1.5 mL of PFS(11%)and PAM(1∶1000).At this time,the removal rate of phosphorus in the wastewater reached 99.88%,the sedimentation volume ratio was 94%,and the effluent pH was 5.88,which met the effluent standard.
