摘  要:工作场所中栎精分光光度测定二氧化锡标准方法中存在问题,故对该实验进行了研究和优化。优化后实验的最适反应条件为酸度0.02 mol/L盐酸,栎精为0.15 g/L,乙醇为50%;方法检出限为0.089μg/mL,定量下限为0.134μg/mL,线性范围为0.134~3.051μg/mL,最低检出浓度为0.06 mg/m^3;当样品加标量为低、中、高三个浓度水平(约0.5 mg、1.0 mg、1.5 mg)时按实验原来的前处理方法处理样品所得加标回收率为35.1%、40.1%、47.3%,优化后的加标回收率提升为93.3%、95.4%、97.5%。To solve the problem of quercetin spectrophotometry in the determination of tin dioxide in workplace air, this experiment was studied and optimized. The optimal condition of the experimental was 0.02 mol/L hydrochloric acid, 0.15 g/L quercetin, and 50% ethanol. The detection limit of the optimized method was 0.089 μg/mL, the lower quantitative limit was 0.134 μg/mL and the linear range was 0.134~3.051 μg/mL. The minimum detection concentration was 0.06 mg/m^3. When the sample adding scalar was about 0.5 mg, 1.0 mg, 1.5 mg, the recovery rate was improved from 35.1%, 40.1%, 47.3% to 93.3%, 95.4%, 97.5%, respectively.
