摘  要:为了研究苯噻草胺对水生生物的毒理效应,采用不同浓度的苯噻草胺溶液处理孵化中的中华鳖受精卵,并测定孵出幼体的大小、游泳表现、早期生长以及肝脏生理指标(甘油三酯含量、超氧化物歧化酶活性),来评估胚胎期苯噻草胺暴露对中华鳖胚胎及早期孵出幼体生长发育的潜在影响.结果显示:一定质量浓度(0.6~60 mg/L)范围内,除卵孵化时间有缩短之外,胚胎期苯噻草胺暴露对所测定的中华鳖胚胎及幼体指标均无显著影响.表明一定浓度范围内,苯噻草胺暴露对中华鳖胚胎及幼体生长发育的影响是非常有限的.In order to study the toxicological effects of mefenacet on aquatic organisms,mefenacet solution with different concentrations were used to treat the fertilized eggs of Pelodiscus sinensis during the incubation period,and the size,swimming performance,early growth and liver physiological indexes(triglyceride content,superoxide dismutase activity)were determined to evaluate the potential effects of mefenacet exposure on the growth and development of embryos and early hatchlings of P.sinensis.The results showed that within the certain concentration range(0.6-60.0 mg/L),except for the shortening of egg incubation time,mefenacet exposure had no significant effect on those examined indexes.It was indicated that the effects of mefenacet exposure on the embryonic development and hatchling of P.sinensis would be fairly minor.
