摘　　要：柔性AMOLED手机屏在贴合制程中会产生气泡,影响手机的显示和操控效果,需要利用压力及温度变化将贴合过程中产生的气泡均匀分散,并增强不同材料之间的黏合力。因此,分析气泡产生的原因、除泡的因素,并对三种柔性AMOLED手机显示屏的除泡工艺进行实验,以掌握增强除泡效果的方法。The flexible AMOLED mobile phone screen will produce bubbles in the bonding process,which will affect the display and control effect of the mobile phone.It is necessary to use pressure and temperature changes to evenly disperse the bubbles produced in the bonding process and enhance the adhesion between different materials.therefore,the causes of bubble generation and the factors of bubble removal are analyzed,and the bubble removal process of three flexible AMOLED mobile phone display screens is tested to master the method of enhancing the bubble removal effect.
