掘锚机组高效快速掘进系统的实践应用研究

摘　　要：为了解决煤巷掘支矛盾,实现安全高效掘进,以JM340型掘锚机组为核心,配套其他设备,组建了高效快速掘进系统。对该系统的设备选型进行了分析确定,系统于2017年7月在大斗沟煤矿投入使用,应用效果良好,实现了平均月进尺2 400 m,极大地提高了煤巷单进水平。In order to solve the contradiction of coal roadway excavation and realize safe and efficient excavation,an efficient and rapid excavation system is set up with JM340 type anchor unit as the core supporting equipment.The equipment selection of the system is analyzed and determined.The system was put into use,and the application effect is good,and the average monthly advance is achieved 22400 m,greatly improved the single entry level of coal lanes.
