摘  要:针对在电网电缆接地时电容电流较大,传统的中性点消弧线圈接地方式已经不能解决现场对接地保护要求的问题,提出了采用中性点经电阻接地的接线方式,在常规接地变保护需要设置两段电流保护的基础上,对接地变保护配置和整定进行改进和分析,配置了额外的两段零序电流保护;详细分析了经小电阻接地和经中电阻接地两种情况下的整定方案,当电力系统出现单相接地故障后,产生零序电流时,可以依靠保护跳闸动作来实现将接地设备与系统的断路,保证电力系统运行过程的安全和稳定。The capacitance current is large when the power grid cable is grounded.The traditional neutral arc suppression coil grounding method can not solve the problem of field grounding protection.This paper puts forward the connection mode of neutral point grounded through resistance.On the basis of conventional grounding transformer protection which needs to be provided with two-stage current protection,the improvement and analysis of the configuration and setting of grounding transformer protection are made,and the additional two-stage zero sequence current protection is provided.The setting schemes of small resistance grounding and medium resistance grounding are analyzed in detail,when the single-phase grounding fault occurs in the power system After the fault,when zero sequence current is generated,the protection trip action can be relied on to realize the disconnection between the grounding equipment and the system,so as to ensure the safety and stability of the operation process of the power system.
