煤矿无轨胶轮车防跑车技术措施的实践

摘　　要：针对煤矿无轨胶轮车在斜巷运输时经常出现车辆刹车系统失灵现象,导致无轨胶轮车出现跑车事故,大同煤矿集团虎龙沟煤矿通过技术研究对无轨胶轮车跑车现象提出若干项安全管理措施,并安装了柔式防跑车装置以及设置避险车道。通过实际应用效果来看,采取有效的防跑车技术措施后,矿井无轨胶轮车跑车事故率降低至2%以下,全年可减少车辆维修成本费用达24万元。In view of the failure of brake system,which often occurs in inclined lane transportation,and leads to the accident of trackless rubber wheel car,several safety management measures are put forward in Hulonggou Coal Mine of Datong Coal Mine Group through technical research on trackless rubber wheel car phenomenon.Through the practical application effect,after taking effective technical measures to prevent sports cars,the accident rate of mine trackless rubber wheel cars is reduced by less than 2%,and the cost of vehicle maintenance can be reduced by 240000 yuan in the whole year.
