摘 要:在确定煤矿产量监控系统设计目标的基础上,研究了产量监控系统的硬件和软件部分的设计,并对该系统的性能特点进行了应用测试验证,结果表明:该监控系统具有更高的智能化监控能力,对降低生产过程的故障发生率及故障检修时间起到了重要作用,并得到了现场人员的一致认可。On the basis of determining the design goal of the coal mine output monitoring system,the hardware part and software part of the monitoring system are designed and studied,and the performance characteristics of the system are tested and verified.The results show that the monitoring system has higher intelligent monitoring ability,which plays an important role in reducing the failure rate and maintenance time in the production process It was unanimously approved by the personnel on site.This study is of great significance to improve the monitoring ability of coal mine production and the safety of the operation site,and also provides a reference for further optimization design of coal mine production monitoring system in the later stage.
