摘　　要：针对乳化液配比精确性低的问题,设计出一款基于PLC的电控系统的乳化液自动配比装置,可以有效提高乳化液浓度的精确度,大大降低因浓度而造成的机械损伤及开采事故,同时通过提高配比过程的自动化程度达到实现提高开采效率的目的。Aiming at the problem of low accuracy of emulsion ratio,an automatic emulsion ratio device based on PLC electronic control system is designed,which can effectively improve the accuracy of emulsion concentration,greatly reduce the mechanical damage and mining accident caused by concentration,and achieve the purpose of improving mining efficiency by increasing the automation degree of the proportioning process.
