摘 要:针对采煤机油液系统泄漏导致其生产能力和工作效率降低的问题,以MG400/920-WD采煤机液压系统为研究对象,在分析其主要液压系统元器件参数的基础上,详细研究了导致采煤机液压系统泄漏的主要原因,并针对性地提出改善因液压油油温过大导致采煤机液压系统泄露的措施,为采煤机液压系统的维护提供指导。In view of the problem that the production capacity of the shearer oil system is reduced and the working efficiency is low due to the leakage of the shearer oil system,the main causes of the leakage of the shearer hydraulic system are studied in detail based on the analysis of the main hydraulic system components parameters,and the measures to improve the hydraulic oil pollution caused by the shearer hydraulic system leakage and the excessive oil temperature of the hydraulic oil provide guidance for the maintenance of the shearer hydraulic system.
