摘　　要：公共信用信息交换对社会信用体系建设具有重要的基础支撑作用,文章阐述了按照问题导向的思路研制公共信用信息交换标准,介绍了交换框架、交换方式、交换机制等交换标准的设计重点,及以交换标准为指引构建的公共信用信息交换系统。实践证明,交换标准的应用,为保障交换业务规范、有序、高效开展,促进跨部门、跨地区公共信用信息共享,打通信用信息孤岛发挥了重要作用。The exchange of public credit information plays a crucial role in supporting the social credit system. The paper expounds on how to develop the public credit information exchange standard according to the problemoriented principle, introduces the key elements such as exchange framework, exchange method and mechanism, and establishes the public credit information exchange system with the guidance of the standard. The application of such standard will help regulate exchange business in an orderly and effective manner, and promote the public credit information exchange across departments and regions to connect the credit information isolated islands.
