摘 要:GB/T 4288-2018《家用和类似用途电动洗衣机》标准中,为更好地评价洗衣机的漂洗性能,采用了漂洗率试验方法。相比前一版标准所使用的相对碱度的试验方法,漂洗率试验方法的重复性与再现性都有显著提升。但是该方法的计算过程较为复杂,参与计算的因子较多,部分因子对最终的计算结果影响较大,由此造成洗衣机产品可能通过极端的程序设置而非实际性能提升来获得更好的漂洗性能试验结果。本文对漂洗率试验方法中各因子对最终计算结果的影响程度进行了分析,并尝试对脱水性能部分的相关计算因子进行修正,进一步完善方法,从而更加客观、公正地对洗衣机漂洗性能做出评价。In the standard of GB/T 4288-2018, Household and similar electric washing machines, a test method of rinsing rate is used to evaluate the rinsing performance of washing machines better. Compared with the test method of the relative alkalinity in the previous edition of the standard, the rinsing rate method has a significant improvement in repeatability and reproducibility. However, the calculation process of the method is more complicated. There are many factors involved in the calculation, and some factors have greater impacts on the final calculation result. As a result, washing machine products may obtain better result of rinsing performance through extreme program settings rather than actual performance improvement. This article analyzes the impact of each factor of the rinsing rate method on the final calculation result, and attempts to modify the relevant calculation factors of water extraction performance and improve the method, so as to evaluate the rinsing performance of the washing machine in a more objective and fair manner.
