抑郁障碍病人自杀自我控制与自伤行为自我控制护理结局的初步应用

摘　　要：[目的]将筛选出来的抑郁障碍病人自杀自我控制与自伤行为自我控制2个护理结局量表进行信效度检验及临床应用,以测量护理措施的有效性。[方法]采用方便抽样法收集2019年1月1日—2019年7月1日在山西医科大学第一医院精神卫生科住院的100例抑郁障碍病人作为研究对象,调查病人入院及出院前1 d自杀自我控制与自伤行为自我控制得分情况。[结果]2个护理结局量表的Cronbach'sα系数分别为0.735和0.706,分半信度分别为0.629和0.615,自杀自我控制得分与汉密尔顿抑郁评估量表(HAMD)得分(P<0.01)、住院病人观察量表(NOSIE)得分(P<0.01)、NOSIE中的消极因素得分(P<0.01)及自杀、自伤评估单得分(P<0.01)有相关性。自伤行为自我控制得分与HAMD得分(P<0.01)、NOSIE得分(P<0.01)及自杀、自伤评估单得分(P<0.01)有相关性。且2个量表测量结果显示:在入院当天与出院前1 d病人自杀自我控制与自伤行为自我控制得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]2个护理结局量表可以有效测量护理措施,可作为评估抑郁障碍病人自杀及自伤行为的测评工具。Objective:To test the reliability and validity of screened two nursing outcome scales of suicide self-control and self-injury behavior self-control and put both scales into clinical practice,so as to assess the offectiveness of nursing measures.Methods:Convenient sampling method was used to selected 100 patients with depressive disorders who were hospitalized in department of mental health in first hospital of Shanxi medical university from January 1,2019 to July 1,2019.Patients were selected as survey subjects.And scores of suicide self-control and self-injury behavior self-control on admission and 1 d before discharged were recorded and analyzed.Results:Cronbach'sɑcoefficients of two nursing outcome scales were 0.735 and 0.706,and half-coefficients were 0.629 and 0.615.There were correlations between suicide self-control score and HAMD score(P<0.01),NOSIE score(P<0.01),negative factors in NOSIE,score of evaluation sheet of suicide and self-injury(P<0.01).Furthermore,there were correlations between self-injury behavior self-control score and HAMD score(P<0.01),NOSIE score(P<0.01),score of evaluation sheet of suicide and self-injury(P<0.01).And measurement results of two scales showed that there was a statistically significant difference in scores of suicide self-control and self-injury behavior self-control on admission and 1 day before discharge(P<0.01).Conclusions:Two nursing outcome scales can effectively assess nursing measures,which can be used as a test tool for evaluating suicide and self-injury behaviors of patients with depressive disorders.
