高效液相色谱法测定苏佛顺气颗粒中橙皮苷含量

摘　　要：目的建立测定苏佛顺气颗粒中橙皮苷含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法色谱柱采用Agilent C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-冰乙酸-水(33∶65∶2,V/V/V,p H=7.6),检测波长为280 nm,流速为1.0 m L/min,柱温为28℃,进样量为10μL。结果橙皮苷质量浓度在2.0~40.0μg/m L范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.9995(n=6);平均回收率为101.49%,RSD为2.61%(n=6)。结论该方法操作简单,专属性强,重复性好,可用于苏佛顺气颗粒的含量测定和质量控制。Objective To establish a method for the content determination of hesperidin in Sufo Shunqi Granules by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Methods The chromatographic column was Agilent C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)column,the mobile phase was methanol-glacial acetic acid-water(33∶65∶2,V/V/V,p H=7.6),the detection wavelength was 280 nm,the flow rate was1.0 m L/min,the column temperatuer was 28℃,and the injection volume was 10μL.Results Hesperidin showed good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 2.0-40.0μg/m L,r=0.9995(n=6);the average recovery was 101.49%,RSD=2.61%(n=6).Conclusion This method is simple,specific and reproducible,which can be used for the content determination and quality control of Sufo Shunqi Granules.
