摘  要:目的建立洗四方袋泡剂的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱(TLC)法定性鉴别制剂中鸡血藤、三叉苦和大黄药材;采用高效液相色谱法测定制剂中大黄酸的含量,色谱柱为Agilent C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(80∶20,V/V),柱温为30℃,流速为1.0 m L/min,检测波长为254 nm,进样量为10μL。结果鸡血藤、三叉苦和大黄的薄层色谱图斑点清晰,分离度较好,阴性对照无干扰;大黄酸质量浓度线性范围为0.044~0.352μg(R2=0.9997),平均回收率为98.13%,RSD为1.77%(n=9)。结论该方法可靠,准确,操作简单,可用于洗四方袋泡剂的质量控制。Objective To establish the quality standard of Xisifang Bag Bubble.Methods A thin layer chromatography(TLC)method was used to identify Spatholobi caulis,Evodiae lepta and Rhei Radix et Rhizoma in the preparation.A high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method was applied to determine the content of rhein.The Agilent C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)was adopted,the mobile phase was methanol-0.1%phosphoric acid solution(80∶20,V/V),the flow rate was 1.0 m L/min,the column temperature was 30℃,the detecting wavelength was 254 nm,and the sample size was 10μL.Results The TLC plots of Spatholobi caulis,Evodiae lepta and Rhei Radix et Rhizoma showed clearly with well separation and no interference with the negative.Rhein showed good linear relationship in the range of 0.044-0.352μg(R2=0.9997)with the peak area.The average recovery was 98.13%and RSD was 1.77%(n=9).Conclusion This methods is reliable,accurate,and simple in operation,which can be used for the quality control of Xisifang Bag Bubble.
