摘 要:目的建立检查复方罗布麻片Ⅰ中罗布麻叶非法掺伪大花罗布麻叶的高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器(HPLC-DAD)法。方法采用HPLC-DAD法,以白麻苷、金丝桃苷为指标成分,检查复方罗布麻片Ⅰ中大花罗布麻叶掺伪的情况。结果白麻苷、金丝桃苷进样量分别在1.135~56.762 ng和1.073~53.674 ng(r=1.0000,n=6)范围内与峰面积线性关系良好;平均加样回收率分别为98.06%和99.53%,RSD分别为1.33%和0.43%(n=6)。结论该方法操作简便,专属性强,可快速检查复方罗布麻片Ⅰ中罗布麻叶掺伪大花罗布麻叶的情况。Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography-diode-array detection(HPLC-DAD)method of adulterated Apocynum venetum in Compound Luobuma TabletsⅠ.Methods The HPLC-DAD method was established by using Quercetin-3-O-sophoroside and hyperin as reference to identify the adulterated Apocynum venetum in Compound Luobuma TabletsⅠ.Results Quercetin-3-O-sophoroside and hyperin showed good linear relationships with peak area in the ranges of 1.135-56.762 ng and 1.073-53.674 ng(r=1.0000,n=6)with the peak area,respectively.The average recoveries were 98.06%and 99.53%respectively;the RSDs were 1.33%and 0.43%,respectively(n=6).Conclusion The established method is simple and fast,which can effectively identify the adulteration of Apocynum venetum in Compound Luobuma TabletsⅠ.
