摘 要:通过安装于公路桥梁上的传感器以及长期检测数据发现,北京市773座立交桥及跨河桥中大部分T梁桥产生裂缝、渗水锈蚀以及混凝土剥落的现象。进一步研究发现其主要原因以震动、沉降导致的混凝土材料强度、耐久性降低及由此产生的化学侵蚀为主。针对上述问题,文章在维修过程中总结了基于新材料应用与体外加固相结合的桥梁维修措施,包括应用活性粉末混凝土、植入粘结型锚栓、锚固钢板或碳纤维材料、顶推等方法。以上方法在实验室内通过逐项实验验证,且在第二年度的桥梁检测过程中均成功应用于合适的梁体受损位置,效果良好,可供日后桥梁或其他结构的加固和维修过程中参考。Through the sensor installed on 773 highway bridges and the long-term test data, it is found that most of the T-shape beam bridges in Beijing highway bridge and river crossing bridge have the diseases about cracks, water seepage corrosion and concrete peeling off. Further research shows that the main reasons are the decrease of strength and durability of concrete materials caused by vibration and settlement, and the chemical erosion. In view of the above problems, this paper summarizes the bridge maintenance measures based on the combination of the application of new materials and external reinforcement in the process of maintenance, including the application of reactive powder concrete, the implantation of bonded anchor bolts, anchoring steel plates or carbon fiber materials and incremental launching construction method. The above methods have been verified by experiments one by one in the laboratory, and have been successfully applied to the appropriate damaged position of the beam in the second year of the bridge detection process, with good results, which can be used for reference in the reinforcement and maintenance of the bridge or other structures in the future.
