摘　　要：随着地方标准申报和制定的标准项目逐年增多,标准化行政和行业主管部门需要对大量的标准的申报、送审和报批等材料进行审核,并存有多个版本的标准数据库目录。文章以四川省地方标准制修订管理为例,分析了地方标准制修订管理的要求、现状以及存在的问题,对地方标准制修订管理系统的设计与实现进行系统的阐述。With the increasing number of local standards declaration and standard items formulated, standardizedadministration and industry competent departments need to review a large number of standards declaration, submission for review and approval and other materials, and there are multiple versions of standards database directory. This paper takes the management of the local standard making and revision in Sichuan Province as an example, analyzes the requirements, current situation and existing problems of the management of the local standard making and revision, and systematically expounds the design and implementation of the management system of the local standard making and revision.
