摘 要:目的通过对双能X线吸收检测仪(dual X-ray absorptiometry,DXA)操作者测量培训的不同评估方式进行分析,为改善DXA操作者测量培训的评估方式提供客观依据。方法994人参加DXA操作者测量培训,收集并分析其中167名操作者笔试和DXA测量报告的评估结果。结果167名操作者笔试合格者中,DXA测量报告合格者为84人,占50.2%(84/167)。DXA测量报告合格和不合格两组独立样本平均笔试成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(t=1.117,P=0.266)。结论在DXA测量操作者培训评估中,DXA测量报告的评估尤为重要,有助于提高DXA临床实际测量结果的可靠性。Objective To analyze different evaluating results of training courses for dual X-ray absorptiometry(DXA)operators,which aims at to improve the evaluating way for training courses.Methods Among the DXA operators in all courses,the results of both written examinations and DXA performance reports from 167 operators were analyzed for the evaluation.Student's t-test was used for statistical comparison.Results All 167 operators had passed the written examination,while passed number for DXA reports was recorded in 84(50.2%,84/167).Comparison the written results between the passed group with unpassed group,no significant differentiation was found(t=1.117,P=0.266).Conclusion Checking operator's performance reports may play more important roles for the evaluation of DXA operator training course,which may be helpful to improve the results for DXA measurement in clinic.
