中药艾盐包热熨在气虚血瘀型脑卒中偏瘫患者软瘫期中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的观察中药艾盐包热熨在气虚血瘀型脑卒中偏瘫患者软瘫期中的应用效果。方法将74例患者按随机数字表分为对照组(37例)和观察组(37例),对照组予脑卒中常规护理措施及康复训练,观察组在此基础上给予中药艾盐包热熨,比较两组患者Brunnstrom分期、软瘫期持续时间、中医证候积分及Barthel指数的变化。结果干预1周后、干预2周后,观察组患者上肢、手、下肢的Brunnstrom分期均优于对照组,比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);经干预后,观察组上肢、下肢的软瘫期持续时间均短于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预3 d后、干预1周后、干预2周后,观察组患者中医证候积分及Barthel指数评分均优于对照组,比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论气虚血瘀型脑卒中偏瘫患者软瘫期行中药艾盐包热熨,可缩短软瘫期持续时间,降低中医证候积分,提高日常生活能力。Objective To observe the effect of hot medicated compress of moxa-salt applied for Qi deficiency and blood stasis type of patients with hemiplegia after stroke in flaccid paralysis period.Method Divide 74 patients into observation group(n=37)and control group(n=37)by random number table.Patients in control group receive routine nursing and rehabilitation training on stroke.Patients in observation group receive hot medicated compress of moxa-salt based on nursing and training of control group.Compare Brunnstrom stage,duration of flaccid paralysis period,TCM syndrome score and Barthel index between two groups.Result Brunnstrom stage of patients’upper limbs,hands and lower limbs 1 week and 2 weeks after intervention is better in observation group than in control group.The difference is significant(P<0.05).Duration of flaccid paralysis period of upper limbs and lower limbs is shorter in observation group than in control group after intervention.The difference is significant(P<0.05).The improvement on TCM syndrome score and Barthel index 3 days,1 week and 2 weeks after intervention is better in observation group than in control group.The difference is significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hot medicated compress of moxa-salt applied for Qi deficiency and blood stasis type of patients with hemiplegia after stroke in flaccid paralysis period can shorten duration of flaccid paralysis period,decrease TCM syndrome score and improve activity of daily living.
