摘　　要：目的探讨胰腺脂肪浸润超声评价的临床应用价值。方法回顾分析2019年1月至6月北京协和医院健康医学部健康体检者2 578例,分为胰腺脂肪浸润组及对照组,对比组间身高、体重、腰围及血压,血生化检测值及肿瘤标志物检测值,组间进行χ~2检验分析,对于差异具有统计学意义的因素采用多因素Logistic回归分析。结果 (1)胰腺脂肪浸润组代谢指标均高于对照组(P<0.05);血糖检测高于对照组(P<0.05);血钙水平低于对照组(P<0.05);血钾、无机磷、肿瘤标志物两组间比较差异无统计学意义。(2)采用多元回归方程,结果显示代谢指标及血钙水平差异仍然具有统计学意义。结论胰腺脂肪浸润与代谢综合征的发生密切相关,对糖代谢异常可能有早期预测作用。Objective To investigate the clinical value of ultrasound assessment for pancreatic fat infiltration.Methods The medical records of 2 578 healthy physical examinees who visited the Department of Health Management, Peking Union Medical College Hospital from January to June, 2019 were reviewed. The examinees were divided into the pancreatic fat infiltration group and the non-pancreatic fat infiltration group. Height, weight, waist circumference, blood pressure, blood biochemical and tumor marker were compared between the two groups. The Chi-square test was used to compare between the two groups, while the logistic regression was used for determining the factors with significant differences.Results(1)The metabolism index in pancreatic fat infiltration was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The blood glucose concentration of the pancreatic fat infiltration group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05), while the blood calcium concentration was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the blood potassium concentration, phosphorus and tumor markers between the both groups.(2)Using multiple regression equation, the results showed that the metabolism index and the blood calcium concentration had a correlation with pancreatic fat infiltration.Conclusion Pancreatic fat infiltration is closely related to metabolic syndrome, which may have an early prediction value on abnormal glucose metabolism.
