摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)是一种新型呼吸道传染病,其重症患者中大多合并糖尿病、高血压等慢性疾病,治疗效果及预后相对更差。自身免疫性风湿性疾病(autoimmune rheumatic diseases, AIRD)患者由于免疫功能紊乱及长期使用免疫抑制剂,是COVID-19感染的潜在高危人群。此外,在疫情防控的严峻形势下,AIRD患者的就医也受到明显限制。因此,COVID-19疫情期间AIRD患者的慢病管理显得尤为重要。本文从慢病管理的角度出发,以慢病管理经验为基础,结合健康促进理论,对AIRD患者的照护进行概述,为COVID-19疫情期间AIRD患者的慢病管理提供参考,以期望改善AIRD患者的预后。Covid-19 is a new type of respiratory infectious disease. Most of the severe cases with COVID-19 are complicated with diabetes, hypertension and other chronic diseases, in which the treatment effect and prognosis are relatively poor. Patients with autoimmune rheumatic diseases(AIRD) are at potentially high risk for COVID-19 infection due to immune dysfunction and long-term use of immunosuppressants. Besides, the severe situation of epidemic prevention and control increase barriers for patients to carry out compliance behaviors. Therefore, the management of AIRD during the COVID-19 epidemic is particularly important. This paper summarizes the care of AIRD patients from the perspective of chronic disease management, based on our experiences of chronic disease management and combined with the theories of health promotion, so to provide a reference for the management of AIRD during COVID-19 epidemic, hoping to improve the prognosis of patients with AIRD.
