摘　　要：机采血小板由于采集时间长且循环血量大,易出现献血反应,如不能妥善处理,不仅影响献血者健康,而且会降低其献血热情。献血反应的发生多数为枸橼酸中毒和低血压反应,本文就工作中出现的1例血压升高伴手足痉挛献血反应进行分析,探讨此献血反应的发生原因及应对处置措施,为献血者提供更加完善的献血服务。During the collection of apheresis platelets,blood donation reaction is prone to occur due to the long collection time and the large circulating blood volume. If this issue can not be properly handled, it will not only affect the health of the blood donors, but also discourage their enthusiasm for the future blood donation. Most of the blood donation reactions are citrate toxicity and hypotension. This paper analyzes one case of the blood donation reaction with elevated blood pressure and carpopedal spasm during the process of blood donation, discusses the causes of this blood donation reaction and countermeasures, so as to provide a more perfect blood donation service for blood donors.
