新形势下海军基层部队战斗精神培育的几点措施

摘　　要：战斗精神培育是思想引导和行为塑造的过程。根据“思想领先、训育一体、锤炼渗透”的原则,结合新形势下海军基层部队特点与实际,从搞好思想政治教育打牢思想根基;加强战斗文化滋养激发壮志豪情;严格训练管理不断培塑锤炼养成;搞好先进典型树立给予榜样引领;注重干部表率带动施以感染促进;运用精神物质激励提供不竭动力六个方面探讨了培育措施,以期为海军基层部队培育官兵战斗精神提供参考和借鉴。Cultivation of fighting spirit is the process of ideological guidance and behavior shaping.Based on the principle of"ideological priority,training-education integration and penetrative training",this paper probes into a combination of measures for reference so as to cultivate the fighting spirit of officers and soldiers in the naval grass-roots troops under new situation.The suggested measures highlight six points as follows consolidating the ideological foundation;enhancing the nourishment of militant spirit;conducting strict training;setting up advanced examples for others to follow;giving full play to the carders′exemplary role,and granting spiritual as well as material incentives.
