美国海外基地在联合作战中的作用探析

摘　　要：从美国海外基地功能作用的演变过程切入,通过剖析美国海外基地在联合作战中发挥的作用,总结出几点启示,即海外基地功能作用的发挥,必须服务于国家军事战略的调整和国家利益的拓展;必须提升海外军事力量联合作战能力;必须把海外基地部署在主要战略方向上。From the viewpoint of its evolution,this article analyzes the function of American overseas bases in joint operations,drawing the conclusion that the function of American overseas bases is to serve the adjustment of national military strategy and the expansion of national interests,whereby to enhance the joint operation abilities of overseas military forces,and that the deployment of these bases is consistent with the main strategic direction.
