国家登山健身步道发展的“宁海模式”解析

摘　　要：对宁海国家登山健身步道的发展历程、系统布局、发展模式进行了系统回顾和解析。研究表明,国家登山健身步道系统是一个复杂的系统,具有多样性、层次性、综合性特征,其发展需要政府推动、公众参与,并以经济基础作后盾,以科学技术为导向。“宁海模式”的启示如下:加强知识营销,引导全民参与;完善功能布局,优化内容体验;遵循科学标准,提升步道质量;重视技术赋能,加强智慧治理;关注多元利益,加强协同管理。This paper systematically reviews and analyzes thehistory,system layout and development mode of the National Mountaineering Fitness Walkway in Ninghai.The research shows that the national mountaineering fitness walkway system is a complex system,which has the characteristics of diversity,hierarchy and comprehensiveness.Its development needs the promotion of the government,the participation of the public,economic support and the guidance of science and technology.The enlightenment of the Ninghai model includes strengthening knowledge marketing,guiding the whole public to participate,perfecting the function layout,optimizing the content experience,following the scientific standard,improving the quality of the trails,attaching importance to technology,strengthening the management of wisdom,paying attention to the multiple interests and strengthening the cooperative management.
