利用铜尾矿制备陶质内墙砖试验研究

摘　　要：笔者详细分析了中条山有色金属集团有限公司十八河尾矿库铜尾矿的化学成分、物相构成及物理性能,在此基础上试验研究了利用铜尾矿作为陶质内墙砖原料的可行性。试验成功应用该种铜尾矿配合本地及其它地区的陶瓷原料研制了陶质内墙砖配方,为铜尾矿这一工业固体废弃物的资源化利用开辟了一条有效的利用途径。The paper analyzes the chemical components,phase composition and physical properties of copper tailings in Zhongtiaoshan Non-ferrous Metals Group in detail. On this basis, the feasibility of using copper tailings as raw materials for wall tiles was studied. The formula of ceramic wall and floor tiles was successfully developed by using this kind of copper tailings in combination with ceramic raw materials from local and other areas, which opened up an effective way for the utilization of copper tailings as a resource of industrial solid waste.
